I went by there today October 13, 2014 and after i was there for awhile i spoke with a sales representative and told him my situation and i then went in the office of Tim Sankey. We chatted about my car situation and he talked awhile and he said why did you come here for and I said to see if he could help me with my car situation he then proceeded to tell me i cant help you. He then said can you get help from welfare and several other agencies, and then he said does your mom have money , what business of his to know that he said can your family help you and he asked several questions he then proceeded to tell me that my car wasnt worth fixing. I wanted to tell him that it was the only transportation that I have he said how was my credit i answered not good i was almost into tears sitting there listening to him downgrade me i felt lower than low how could a person treat a potential customer like that. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there and buy a car i needed to be treated with respect and dignity Mr. Sankey i want you to know this i cried all the way home because of the way you treated me you said have a nice day after all you said to me in the last 15 minutes of our conversation how could I. My car will be fixed and i will fix the other things and how come it costs 2,500 to put a valve to keep the transmission fluid from leaking and all i have to do is to get a locksmith to rekey the broken lock I was very disappointed in your professionalism. signed anonymous the rating i give you is 0

i wished i had never gone into the Sankey Auto Center that was the worst experience i have ever had in my entire life very dissatisfied
