Incompetent staff

The staff at 7 Eleven on Sanborn in Salinas are rude and incompetent. I tried to buy a lottery ticket and the lottery machine couldn't read the numbers. So I filled out a new card and the numbers still couldn't be read. A female staff member said that I had to circle the numbers on the ticket and not shade them in. So I did this and the wrong numbers came up. She denied that there was anything wrong with their machine (even though I had the ticket in my hand and showed them that the numbers weren't a match. She accused me of trying to scam her and refused to serve me. I told her that I was holding proof that the machine was not in working order, but she became rude, accused me of being dishonest and I had to leave. She is ignorant and unprofessional and I will never go there again. The true rating is 0 out of 5 stars.
