Service was way below standard
Food quality was poorly served and frys were not hot. Waited 28 minutes on cold food.

Good food. Good beer. Service was okay. Overall experience was good.

Service was the best I've ever had at BJs. Jessica was AWESOME, the food was great. I will be back soon. The steak and salmon were cooked to perfection. My family has made BJs our favorite place to dine, can't wait to go back.

Last week, I enjoyed lunch there with my "Dine Out Seniors" group. There were 16 of us. They had the tables set up nicely. One member came late, but the staff kindly sat up another place.



My friend suggested the "Scallops" and was I ever glad. My dish came steaming out promptly and I knew it would be good when I saw the 8 scallops along with rice and delicious looking asparagus. The scallops had a kind of mild tasting sauce of diced tomatoes and parsley. I loved it. I ordered chocolate ice cream to clear my pallet. I did have on light beer, but not of a distinctive taste. Our group was most impressed with the food and the one girl who handled all of us and even gave our separate checks. We most certainly will return.

Called ahead to get on wait list and was told 25 to 30 minute wait. Was over an hour then seated outside on cold windy night and served slowly with poor food. Was promised to speak with manager, but they did not show after 15 more minute wait. Will never darken their doorway again.
