I have been a tenant with Bay Property for 2 years now and my experience with them has been great. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. When I have a problem they take of it quickly.

I just rented a house in Soledad from Bay Property Management. The staff was very nice to deal with. I was able to see the house the same day I called and the application process was quick.

If you want the miscommunication and unresponsiveness of a private owner, but in a property management company this is the company for you. The lease will say it’s clean when you move in, but it’s not. The lease will say repairs will be done in a timely manner, but they won’t. You will write letters, but they will not respond. I want to be a home owner again! Signed- Without a garage door in Soledad.
