I usually do not take sides, but with how my Great Aunt was done I will. It is sad that a individual in a Management position is/was allowed to talk to her or anyone that way and nothing done. I agree with previous reviews of how unfriendly employees are. Particulary at the Creekbridge branch. The Asst Manager especially. Calls are never returned so why have a answering machine. I am one to moniter my account due to bouts with ID theft in the past so I will always be on guard if something doesn't seem right. I would love certain employees to go through what all I did then maybe they would not be as rude when I address certain issues regarding it.
