I have been working with Mark Norris since the 1990's. We have completed many projects together--residential, commercial, rental. Mark listens to your ideas, gives his own and when working on a remodel, tries to be true to the original style. I highly recommend Mark Norris.

Mark is very prompt and professional. This is the second time we have used him and the plans went through the city quickly.

I hired Mark Norris to design and draw a complete set of plans for a 2100 sq.ft. single family house with an attached 3 car garage. Mark was great to work with, from his prelimary drawings to the city approved drawings. I was especially impressed with his knowledge of the building codes and how quickly he expedited my plans. I would hire Mark again!

Mark was wonderful! My contractor found him easy to work with, his ability to get the plans done right showed when it came to dealing with the city’s permit department, that’s huge!!! Mark gets a big recommendation from me!

He made me a lot of money.
In 2010, he researched the County Tax records at Monterey County Tax Assessor's office and learned that our R-1 zoned property consists of two Living Quarters. This Grandfather's law was new to us and the previous owners of our property in PG.
In addition, he recently designed a new stainless steel staircase for our apartment in Capitola.

I was so impressed with a friend's remodel done by Mark that I contacted him for our Kitchen/Dining/Living room changeover. We love it so much we don't want to move. So now Mark has worked on our "Phase 2" which is to excavate a basement space for an art studio and enlarge the upstairs master bedroom/bath and closet including an additional office space. Mark is great to work with; listens to needs and incorporates existing spaces with new spaces while offering innovative design ideas.
