I tried working with them but it was terrible. Terrible server, very expensive, bad quality. So unprofessional.

What great customer service and timely production. Threadworx made the most amazing hats for our company, they were exactly what we wanted and great quality. I could not recommend using their services more and we plan on utilizing their work for future orders on embroidery, printing and stickers. Miguel & Adriana were very helpful, honest and wanted us to get the best product for our money and nowadays that is SO helpful! Thank you again for making professional hats for Unique Landscape and Maintenance.

We were referred to Threadworx by some business partners, after many years of using the same out of area big box company for all our embroidery needs. They came through with several big orders of company logo'd hats, vests, and shirts. Their prices are very competitive, and having them close by really helped with last minute changes. Thank you, Adriana and Mike for providing us with excellent service, and I hope for many more years of continued business.

This is the WORST experience I've ever had with an embroidery/screen printing company. Complete lack of professionalism, customer service and the quality of work was average. Over a dozen of my blank apparel items went missing. The delivery of completed items was 3 weeks late and the person in the office was rude and unprofessional. I will go out of my way to let my friends and associates know about the way this company operates. They won't be getting any work from us in the future.
