The rudest , most discourteous, most accusatory , and least professional postal employees I have ever encountered in my lifetime. Many of the staff ought to be fired for being unhelpful, unreasonable , and accusatory.

I called three numbers that are (831) 770-7141, (831) 758-1204, and (800)-275-8777 numbers to then be finally referred to call (831) 757-7704 which worked for my area.

My mailbox door has been broken for sometime now. So instead of them fixing it they give me a key to another mailbox which belongs to someone else. So now I have to go down to the postoffice every day to get my mail. Instead of them just fixing it. The supervisor said they don't make make the parts for the door. Meanwhile other employees tell me this is false. Super irritated w these people.
