I called to see if they had the iPhone for Boost, and was told they could call and order it for me. When I went to the store to order it(same day), a gentleman, who I assume to be the manager, started talking to me about how none of the stores have the phone yet because it is not out. I informed him that it is on the website and available for order there, with 2-day delivery. He then started speaking to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about, and tried to get me to sign up for a contract with Sprint, to which I told him three times I was not interested. I'm not sure if it is because I am a younger customer, or if he thought I was easily persuaded, but I immediately felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn't want rather than trying to help me get what I wanted. It would have been different if he discussed other options I had, but to treat me as if I didn't know what I was talking about was unacceptable. I went home and ordered my iPhone, which will be here tomorrow.

They are always so helpful here! I have been in here multiple times and they have always went above and beyone to help me find a phone and plan that worked for me. Then they helped to get me the accessories I wanted. I reccomend them to everyone!
