Delicious food and awesome atmosphere

Outstanding Chinese Food, Very Good Service, Quiet Setting
I grew up in Southfield, MI which back in the day had the finest Chinese restaurants around. My standards are very high regarding Chinese food, and Joyful House is excellent. Our two favorite dishes are the Hunan Beef (for spicy option), and Triple Delight (for mild/Cantonese option). The flavors and seasonings are very good. The restaurant uses no MSG, and the food is never greasy. The egg rolls are great, as are the hot and sour and wonton soups. The restaurant is small and quiet--much more of restaurant for adults--would not recommend for families with small children.

They are rude on the phone, they don't deliver and they told me to not order by numbers although their menu had numbers on their website. I will not spend my money at this restaurant.
