@New C. I'm sorry about your experience at the salon. I did see your review but the employee was removed in February for all the reasons you mentioned!

Linda's Alfa Omega chooses to rent a booth to a very rude, strung out hairdresser who insists on cutting your hair her way, and her way ONLY.

This overly sensitive, yet crude unprofessional does not know the first thing about customer / hairdresser relations nor does she care about any of it for that matter. You'll notice she has poor self hygiene. Smells of stale cigarette breath and most importantly fails to comply with and follow with the strict guidelines of sanitation and cleanliness set in place by the state of Massachusetts. This lazy or defiant act of failing to properly clean and soak scissors and all hair care items in the proper disinfectant solution jeopardizes public health, as well as the licensure for Linda's Alpha Omega to continue to operate. This unprofessional manner of operation can and should be reported by all who notice these unsanitary practices of not properly cleaning all used instruments after each and every customer. For public health concerns and rude service (NO) I would not recommend this place to anyone.
