The staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand.

Have just started the process, so far approve of everything about their service.

My experience with Affordable Dentures was very professional and very friendly. They were very sufficient and very timely.

I was very happy with my first visit. Everyone was very friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable.

I wasn’t able to go back because they were out of my insurance network but my initial visit was great from the front door receptionist. Everyone I encountered was warm friendly and professional. Dr. Patrick took time with the consultation to explain my options and gave me opportunity to make an informed decision on what dentures were right for me.

My experience was ok. Staff was very friendly, just long wait past my appt time. Also very disappointed that I did not get my teeth the same day like I did the first time. I have to travel about an hour and a half and now I hav to go back again to get the teeth.

Affordable Dentures is a good business. They must have lowest prices in tri-state area, as their waiting room is always crowded. Everyone is professional, personable. Only suggestion is to update waiting area.

The wait time was terrible. Staff was pleasant. The tech told me they were short staffed. Maybe they should of moved appointments instead of making people sit there for almost 6 hrs.

I thought the People working there were nice and genuine! They make me feel like I deserve to get teeth for myself and I would be very happy with the outcome. I really liked everyone and everything there.

Staff are very courteous, kind, friendly, and professional. Dr. Lisa Patrick is an awesome dentist. I've had teeth removed that were very difficult, she didn't even hurt me, and I'm a wimp when at the dentist. Thanks to ALL of you there :)

awful staff rude no time put u on hold never come back then mailbox full then i had mine 2 weeks they broke in half u would think after paying 1285 for just bottoms i would be able to get n app to work around my schedule at work no then they dont fit and they want to say cuz the floating bottoms i know alot of people with bottoms and they eat talk i sound like i have a hunk of chew tabbacco and i cant open mouth they fall out save ur money dont be in hurry not worth it getting my money back or going to court oh yeah did i metion staff treats u like crap except for pat he was awesome

I work next door to this company... The staff (with a few exceptions) is extremely rude (especially the front receptionist) they are always out back smoking and talking on their phones. They walk around with their bloody scrubs and I see people waiting literally ALL day in the parking lot! I would not recommend ANY ONE going to this place!

My grandmother recently saw an ad for getting one-day dentures at Affordable Care Inc. in Salisbury. She wrote:

"The commercial on television which announced that you could get dentures that are affordable in one day sounded so good I decided to do it. Ir haunts me to this day. I sat from 7:50 AM until 4 PM. When I was finally given my partial, it was horrible, I mean unbelievable, like teeth for Halloween. Naturally I refused them. I had paid $420.00 right up front, so they said they couldn't refund it all, so they refunded $285.00.I truly have an appreciation for my own dentist now and plan to get my dentures through him."

I went to affordable dentures, to have 5 teeth pulled done..no problem...temporary partial put in the same day, went back moth later for adjustment again no problem,after a year went back to get fitted for the permanent partial and there was a mistake in the order, going back to day to pick up what I should have gotten last week, but they have been nice and I've had no infections or problems with the staff.

I purchased a full set from affordable dentures in November 2013. The first set didn't fit at all! I went back in to get an adjustment but they noticed that the teeth didn't fit so the made a new pair. I sat there from 8am and did leave until 630 pm! The service was horribl!! The front desk lady named Dot was very rude and told me that if I didn't like it then I could get my money...remind you that this was three days before Christmas... my mouth looked like a horse but o wanted teeth and they said they wasn't going to do anything else!! I noticed that I couldn't talk correctly but dot claimed that I had to get use to them" so here it is march and I still talk like I have a mouth guard in my mouth! I called corporate and they had me go in for adjustment! So I did and that's when everything hit the fan!! As soon as I was called back the same lady Dot was saying I wasn't getting a new top and that it couldn't be fixed and that I could get my money back!! Very rude and ignorant... so I had enough of her attitude and I got my money back and went else where!! Affordable Dentures in Salisbury MD is one of the most Unprofessional uncaring money hungriest businesses I have ever been to in my entire life!! Plz I'm warning everyone...plz don't go there because the quality of the dentures are poor...I had holes after two weeks of having them...they didn't fit and I talked Luke I had a pule of something in my mouth!!! Pay the extra buck for quality service and quality dentures!!! Everyone in the waiting room had a similar horror story but wanted dome teeth in there mouth so they feel stuck to take this poor quality treatment!! Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else!!!!!

In May of 2009 I came to Afforable Dentures to get full uppers and partial lower. The person who toke care of me was rough, mean and caused pain. I felt tramatized and didn't want to come back.



I came back to Afforable Dentures today and was taken care of by a gentleman named "Tim" who is a technician there. It was like night and day. I did let them know what had happened last time. It turns out that person was fired. Tim afforded me every commfort possible and my dentures now fit like a glove. I hope that Tim's boss learns of this, because he deserves a pat on the back for how he treats his patients. Thanks again, Tim.
