Provided by YP.comFinding a shop that you feel you can trust is hard to come by these days. I believe I found this with Campbell's Collision Repair. When discussing previous money spent for repairs to fix the same problem Randy said "not all repair shops have Christian values" AINT THAT THE TRUTH!! Also my vehicle was detailed and Randy even gave me tips on products to buy to keep my high mileage vehicle running smoothly. Top Notch in my book.

Provided by YP.comDidnot have good experience. Thought I made a right decision didnot turn out to be the one. The car came out with engine light on and more internal problem than it had before. The owner told us to talked to the insurance company and they can do anything. I get it it's the way to make more money but have to have some professionalism. Though after the fixed time was twice than promised with lots of call from out part, they gave us discounts. Just didnot feel like Campbell works for customers, that's all

Provided by YP.comI have to second E J on this. I took my vehicle there to get repaired and was told everything will be ok and the insurance company will pay for it all. All I had to do is pay my deductible. When I got my car back, I noticed that it didn't look right (the hood and front fenders didn't line up right). I told him that it didn't look right and he tried to tell me that was how it was supposed to look. I told him it did look right and I wanted to see the estimate for what he did. He refused to show me the estimate. He then became very irate and belligerent and started threatening me like the previous posted with the statements about where you live...because my home address is on the estimate. I finally just took my car because I was a bit scared. I called the insurance company to get the estimate and found out he: 1. Didn't paint the areas they were paid to paint, 2. Were paid for parts they never replaced. and 3. "repaired parts that were safety and structurally unsafe to repair" (that's what my insurance company said was why they paid him to replace them but he never did). Please, for the love of god, do not take your vehicle to him for repairs if you value your safety. Businesses like that should not be a part of our community.

Provided by YP.comOn Friday 1-4-14 I ran off the road into a ditch with my 06 Jeep Wrangler damaging the front fenders.
Sat. 1-5-14 began calling Salisbury body shops to see about an estimate. I found Campbell's Collision Repair, Inc. in Fruitland which was open Sat so called them. A young lady answered and I told her I needed an esitmate and the Jeep was completely driveable, could I bring it in. She spoke to someone in the background (apparently Randy) and then came back and said they would tow it in for me at no charge. I resisted a bit because I wasn't sure I wanted to have them repair it until I had an estimate but she said they just got a new tow truck and wanted to try out the new toy. Randy got on the phone and after I asked what if I want to get an estimate elsewhere he assured me that they would tow it to their facility free and I would only have to pay if they had to tow it somewhere else.
I asked when I could expect and estimate and he said Monday Jan. 6. So it sounded like a good plan and I asked them to come get it. They came and got it later that day.
Monday came and I waited until late afternoon trying not to be a pest but then called and spoke to a woman who didn't seem to even know they Jeep was there and told me Randy would have to get back to me.
I let Tuesday pass and called Wednesday 1-8 morning again to find out the status. A woman told me on the phone something about Randy's wife having a baby and some issues they were having with their heat due to extreme cold. Again I was told Randy would get back to me. I had found some fenders online that I would have bought except shipping would have taken several days and I did not want to delay the repairs.
I refrained from calling them Thursday, again trying not to be a pest and allow them time to do what they had to do... no call.
Friday morning (1-10) I decided to try to find out at least when I could expect an estimate, so I called and spoke to a woman again who again said Randy would have to call me back she did not know anything.
A bit later that day I decided I might want to take the vehicle to another shop since nobody there was even telling me when I might have an estimate, so I called a couple other shops.
Another shop was able to go get the vehicle and said they would have an estimate before they day was over so I decided to go ahead and have them get it from Campbell's.
So I called Campbells and spoke to a woman explaining that I was really sorry but I was sending someone else who seemed able to get this situation moving so at least I know where I stand with the cost.
A few minutes later Randy called me and again I apologized but stated they were almost a week late with the estimate and nobody had even got back to me to let me know anything. He became irate and told me "fine, you owe me $100". I disputed this reminding him what he originally told me about the free tow and then he went into some ranting saying he had already ordered parts. I questioned this because normally you don't order parts until you have an estimate and it is accepted by the customer. He became enraged and unreasonable and even gave me a veiled threat saying "remember I know where you live".
After listening to him rant and threaten I told him although I didn't think I owed him I would bring the $100 and he insisted "it better be today!" I informed him that I would post this incident in online reviews. So I proceeded to get ready to go give him his $100 under protest.
A short while later a woman called from there saying Randy told her to call me and tell me to forget the $100. I advised her that it's extremely unprofessional to say the least to threaten people in the course of doing business.
So although I can't rate their work beware you are dealing with a threatening hot-head
