Completely unprofessional practices...they implement different rules for different tenants...example my neighbor has 3 dogs and paid no pet deposit, yet I paid $200 for 1 dog...I own 5 vehicles all tagged, insured, and driveable,and receive letters stating if they are not tagged they will remove them from the property, yet there are neighbors with untagged vehicles completely over grown with plant life and thats acceptable...I get calls about my dog getting off her lead, yet neighbors let their dogs run the neighborhood marking in our yard and trying to mate with my female...these people pick and choose who has to abide by which rules....horrible practices...

Just rently rented a property from Delmarva Management Group and have had a very positive experience. Moving is so stressful and expensive and they have helped in every way possible! And the lady that answers the phones, I think her name is Rochelle, is very nice and helpful!
