I booked a Full Size vehicle 1 week in advance and when I showed up they did not have this size. Instead of offering me an upgrade or give me an option, I was told that I would be getting a economy vehicle. The car was filthy and was below 1/4 tank of gas. The oil light was on and the tire pressure was low. Overall the experience was not what I expected and I will not be using Enterprise again.

I was very happy with the service on disappointment two previous customers paperwork was still in the glove compartment and no user manual for the car. I don't know if all new 2016 come with dash board manuell but i had a light come up i was not familiar while driving and it took me sometime to figure out what it was. it was an informational light but still i wanted to know what it was and i am old fashion a book is good to have.
Over all service was outstanding form the agent.
