I would recommend this company because they provide excellent service and they have been very responsive to correct any concerns we have had. All together, they clean for us approximately 6,903 sq. ft. – some areas are once a week, some three times a week, etc. JMS proved to be the most responsive, responsible bidder over 5 other vendors in price, work history, qualifications and references. They have been successful and we have been renewing their contract for years. One of their strengths is their responsiveness to problems and concerns that arise (though it is not often). All matters are quickly resolved and our satisfaction has always seemed to be their number one priority. They have proved to be the best cleaning service we have ever used!

Our company started using JMS Commercial Services in 1995 and by mid-month it was evident that we had made the right decision in selecting JMS as our cleaning service. The employees that Jennifer has chosen to service our office are very thorough in their duties. If they are unsure of how to handle a particular area, they do not hesitate to ask before beginning. The women are friendly and it is obvious from the way they work together to get the job done that Jennifer is conscientious in the selection of her employees. Jennifer is always concerned about the client’s satisfaction and stops in or calls periodically to find out if we are experiencing any problems or have any concerns which need to be brought to her attention. She is easy to reach and readily available to our office. I am pleased to say that we are thoroughly satisfied with JMS Commercial Services.
