Great Grooming, Great prices

I have been taking my Cocker Spaniel -Princess (12 yrs. old) to Michele's Pretty Paw's for about 7 years now. They are by far the BEST groomers around! They have a very caring & knowledgeable staff !!! I would never take my precious dog anywhere else. :) They are NOT veterinaries' - however have advised me with their knowledge on several occasions of different ways to treat Princess who has had ongoing skin conditions for a few years AND the treatment has worked! I love this place and thank Michele, Amie, Sam and everyone else there for taking such good care of Princess. It means so much to be able to leave a loved one there and know when she's done- she's well groomed , smells good AND isn't upset over her stay!

I took my dog to Michelle's Pretty Paws because he was having skin problems. I told them specifically that I wanted him bathed and brushed and please to not cut or shave him. They gave him a Sani-cut and were very cavalier about the possibility that his hair would never grow back. My majestic chow mix shivered through the winter and his hair has never grown back. They shaved his belly, his rump, trimmed his privates, cut off his skirt completely, and thinned the hair around his neck. When I complained to the owner her response was to tell me about how much "veterinary experience" she has. As someone who has done business on the Eastern Shore for many years, it was particularly disappointing to see a business owner show such little interest in customer service. Michelle's Pretty Paws permanently disfigured my dog by disregarding my instructions and were unapologetic about it. Do not take your loved ones to this groomer!

This groomer gave our golden retriever a staff infection by shaving his private area, which we did not request at all. It started as a razor burn rash that turned into a 3 week healing process and a very unhappy dog! They would not take any responsibility for it either. We will never recommend them again!

I absolutely love this place. I have taken my poodle here for many years. She is my baby and Amie takes such good care of her. She always looks great and is nice and clean. Michelle use to cut my Himalayans hair before he passed away. They have passion for their jobs. It shows in their work. Thanls for loving my pets and great taking care of them for me

They staff here is great, friendly, and knowledgable. Amie takes such good care of my two girls. Whenever I go in here all the animals are happy and they have such a beautiful new location. They really put their hearts into their work and show it. You will know your beloved babies are in perfect care. Plus they are very reasonable with their pricing. Thanks everyone at Michelles for taking such good care of my girls.

We have 3 dogs, and we have used these people for a couple years. Our 1 dog is a long haired husky, they bathe and groom all 3, do an excellent job. The dogs seem to enjoy going as well and they don't charge and arm and a leg to do it, Katie Whittington
