Avoid going there. I used to go there a couple years ago and there was a Doctor named Trish who was so wonderful! She made such an effort to make sure I was well informed, comfortable, and listened to at every encounter. She left and everything was turned upside down! The secretary "Dottie" is a ignorant, moody, uneducated, and a mean individual who made everyone very uncomfortable! I liked the replacement Doctor Lauren and the assistant but I was constantly treated so poorly by this sectretary that I finally decided I wouldn't put up with it anymore! I even tried calling the head of personnel but she never answered the phone-I'm talking for months! So if Planned Parenthood didn't seem to care what was the point trying to let them know. "Dottie" I found out was the Director!! She treated some of the young patients so poorly it made me so angry, she would roll her eyes and talk to them very disrespectfully I was floored by this behavior! I heard that the Doctor left because she tried to let the" higher ups" know that she was treating the patients so poorly and they did nothing to solve this problem, she couldn't take it and decided to leave. Many patients that I knew left because of this and I too decided enough was enough!! When someone goes to get help from a facility like this the last thing they need is to feel like nobody there really cared! As consumers we all need to stand up when injustice is being done but when no one listens we need to take action and not allow them to do this..... If you are listening Planned Parenthood do yourself a favor! fire her ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
