I used to do my laundry at Red Oak, LOVED IT! I spent $20.00 per week there. The washing machines are very nice, so are the dryers - IF by chance I do use a "not hot enough heat" in my dryer the staff makes it up and does kindly pay for the time in a working dryer. Every Wednesday AND Thursday is free dryer day.. ONLY IF YOU USE THE WASHERS IN HOUSE do you get your dryers free .. It's wrong that so many people take advantage of the free dryers! It causes an overcrowd problem, in the mat and for parking. I hope very soon that will change and they find a way to personally/privately help the few people in REAL NEED instead of ALL of the multitude of customers filing in on Weds & Thurs. It's GREED. I go elsewhere to do my laundry because of it.

I have used this service for about 4 yrs now, but it has gone from slightly bad to extremely bad. You have to always assume someone will be there to accept or pick up your clothes. Many times nobody is here, so you have to lug your stuff back to your car & go back again later. The same applies to picking up your clothes. They are very rude, except for the owner, whom I've met once. My clothes are always wrinkled even though I take hangers, which "get lost" somehow. Your clothes are left out where anybody can grab what they want because there is nobody here to watch them. I am done with this business, there are plenty of other businesses out there. I could go on, but what's the sense in it.
