My apt was at 9am on a SATURDAY I was told to show up early to fill out parper work. I was there at 8:45. I was the only one in the waiting room and they said they couldnt give me the paper work until someone that ran RMS showed up. So at 9:05 got to fill out the paper work. Which only took about 30seconds to fill out. I really didnt need to be there early. Then I was taken back into a room for my apt. As im sitting there shirt up mind you, Her daughter walks into the room to tell her she has a cell phone call. DURING MY APT! I just brushed it off. Then when my apt is over RMS tells me sorry, but their printers are down so they will mail me my photos on MONDAY. When i got home on saturday i decided i would rather pick up the pictures because i have a tiny mailbox and didnt want to chance the photos getting bent. So i called the office. No one was in so I left a message. Then I called monday. Girl at front desk said there was no one there to talk to or print the pictures. And if they came in later she would have them call me. NO CALL! So, I called back on tuesday. Got the same answer. By this time im annoyed, pregnant, and crying So my mom called on wednesday. They owner said its not her fault that the printers broke. Well, we know that. BUt how about a call explaing that they are still broken rather then keep me waiting and not having any answers. A phone call would have been nice. My mom went and picked up the pics today. POOR QUALITY! NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE PAID. She even gave us $40 off the bill. DO NOT GO TO RMS. $190 down the drain. And the DVD is mostly still pictures with no music. GO TO ANNAPOLIS!!!!
