I cannot praise this establishment highly enough. I bought a "like new" Samsung TV from them but had problems with it, through no fault of theirs. I called Omer to explain and he resolved the issue in 3 minutes saving me a great deal of stress, time and money. Dealing personally with him as a small business owner is miles ahead of dealing with Amazon which will only solve generic issues and not individual ones that have their uniqueness. Hats off to Omer and I am very grateful.
