I moved from another state, called this company and left a message. Call was returned about 2 hours later. I met the owner who was fabulous with contractor referrals, local information and despite the other reviews, found him to be very personable and professional. My waste containers have always been picked up when stated, no mess has been left behind. But when they say Monday morning, it is typically about 2-3am pickup, so placement the night before (which I was told upfront) has to be done. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this service. (and no, I am not an employee or relative.)
