Went to chickfila this morning an the girl working was very rude. The employees need to ask the customers if they would like ketchup. Salt or pepper, jelly, and ext. When I asked her for ketchup she acted like it was the end of the world. Had a bad attitude. Chickfila in Salisbury N.C needs a employee working the window that is sweet and kind.

I attempted to place a carry out order by phone and the young man acted as though he was taking my order however when I finished placing my order he stated that I would need to come in and place the order again because they were really busy and didn't take phone in orders. I was less than pleased, needless to say! I've always loved Chick filet but I won't be visiting the Salisbury NC location!

Good Customer Sevice

Hey Bo

July 1, 2009, I stopped by for lunch. As alsways every thing was clean, orderly and the atmosphere was pleasant. Today was a busy day. THe drive through was crowded so I decided to go inside. Your drive through crew was moving along well.

Erika and Sandie took an extra step to make sure I was getting the most for my money and made sure I was satisfied.

Bo, you and your staff do a terrific job.
