It really depends who you get when you go up there. The lady up there is nice and so is joe I think is his name. The manger is nice also and I’ve had to take something back they’ve always been nice to me. I do a lot of business up there. Like I said depends on the person. People do have bad days every once in a while. It’s not a dick stop taking it so hard.

My mother and I went to get a laptop as a Christmas present to myself, the warranty was purchased. Upon putting a password on it logging off and on a few times it would not unlock. The next day my nephew and I took the laptop back in I was informed that I would have to wait on their TECH GUY,ok so my mother went in the next afternoon, they lied to her and told her I was rude,she put me on the phone with their TECH GUY,Adam he asked me for the password I gave it to him,didn't open, he stated to me that he could burn the reset password CD on Sunday and have it ready Monday, sure no problem, Monday afternoon came,about 3 PM,and Adam told me that they had been SWARMED WITH CUSTOMERS AND DIDN'T HAVE A CHANCE, WELL I WAS A CUSTOMER THE PREVIOUS WEEK,AND I HAD NOT BEEN HELPED,WASN'T THAT THE REASON FOR THE WARRANTY

Do not buy from this company they are Crooks. They sold me an item that did not work. I brought it back 10 minutes later. Explained it did not work. Then I was in form from them that I did not buy a warranty and I could not get my money back. Not only that they were rude and unkind. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.
