Why five stars? Not because it is on a par with Pebble Beach, Doral, Augusta or other great courses played. It is five star because of the quality of the owner, Teaching Professional /General Manager. Both absolutely care about their members and guests. The quality of the people who are members? -- I have yet to meet on the course or in the clubhouse that boorish type of person who we have all met on a golf course and it ruined our day. Heck, the quality of the membership rubs off on folks who just come out for a casual game and have never been there before. Not expensive; membership is a bargain as are lessons; some narrow fairways and up and down hill lies. So if you play well here, you will play better on other courses.
