My storage rate has increased in less than a year. Communication is not available. They now have increased my rate claiming that it is to cover insurance on the unit. The amount they increased it is 7.95 which comes to $95.40 for the year. You can buy renters insurance for your whole house for just a little more money. They also took that out of my account without ever giving me notice of the increase. This Mr. Storage is BAD and as soon as I can I will be getting out of it.
