Restoration Plus did an insurance job (one of my insurers local choices) in my home as a result of water damage. They redid one of our bathrooms tiled and glass shower stall and our kitchen floors, which were also damaged as a result of water leakage. The sub contractors they used to do the shower and floors did a great job. I subsequently had an issue arise with the kitchen flooring and contacted them (Restoration) numerous times, leaving a message with the receptionist, but to no avail, not even a return call. I eventually got in contact with the floor company and they were able to get a response directly from David at Restoration. I still never heard from him, even though THEY were the company I contracted with, not the flooring company. But, Restoration Plus still never contacted me over a 3 month period and numerous calls. I again had to follow up with the floor guys for anything to get done, who were still very considerate. Finally, the floor was fixed. Then, I contacted Restoration Plus to give me an estimate on another job I needed done, which would be about a $15k job. When the guy came to do the estimate, David's boss (Craig) showed up and I explained all of the difficulties I had been having in getting responses from David, he said he was disturbed because they prided themselves on their customer service and that certainly would not happen again. He stated that he would get in touch with me as soon as he finished the estimate. It is now 2 months later, numerous phone calls to Craig and David regarding the estimate, with no return calls, I finally decided to go with another company. Customer service, nonexistent.

I had this company do several repairs inside my home and they did a good job. The last and will always be, project was repairs on a small back porch. They first gave me an estimate of about 5K. When they got into the job, they said they needed another 5K, then another 5K. Remember, this is a very small back porch. My house is 110 years old and had a real tongue-in-groove ceiling. I was away on a travel assignment when the work was done. I came back and they had put in a plastic panel "tongue-in-groove" mess. I will never use this company again and know that because I am a woman I got screwed by them.
