Provided by YP.comI don't know what Rolling Hills Townhome's "Deluxe" apartments are like..but I can sure tell you about the "Semi-deluxe" ones. Maple kitchen cabinets? Not in these apartments! Try cabinet doors that look like cheap plywood..painted so poorly that you can see the brush strokes. No stainless steel appliances, cheap kitchen counter tiles that look like floor tile. Wood floors? Dollar store, pre-glued tile. The only real wood is the stairs...pine. Don't let me forget the pool. Locked half of the time when it should be open. Dirty, disgusting. Most unsanitary, nasty place I've ever lived. Oh, and the 24-hour emergency number? No one ever answers. Also in the semi-deluxe...we pay for water, trash pick-up...Save yourself a lot of grief..rent from an apartment complex that is run by a well-known company.

Provided by YP.comRoughly 6 months ago, we rented what they call a "deluxe" two bedroom which is basically a re-modeled townhouse with wood floors, all new kitchen and new carpet. I am not sure what the semi-deluxe is since I never looked at one because we rented a deluxe after one quick visit and did the rest through phone and email before making the move from GA to NC. All in all, we are very happy with this decision. My townhouse has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with a couple hall closets. Downstairs there is a kitchen, 1/2 bath and the living room. It has a nice sized laundry room but a small albeit private patio. You can fit a small dining table in the area beside the kitchen and there is a small storage closet under the stairs but the hot water tank is in there too. I listed pro's and con's below but all in all, I would recommend trying it out here.
Pros: The townhouse is actually very nice with modern appliances, large square footage, storm doors on front and back, my electric bill has been very reasonable and so far it has been very quite. The neighbors all seem very nice, the price is very reasonable and the area is convenient. The complex pays the water bills, there is a pool and you can have pets.
Cons: The lease has to be one year or more. Their rules allow for you to do a shorter lease but there is an extra $20 fee or so per month. There is no playground but I don't have kids so it hasn't been an issue for us...just thought it worth mentioning.

Provided by YP.comWe moved in a couple months ago and love it. We rented a remodeled apartment like we saw online. The pics on the site weren't of the exact one we got but very close. It is very nice, roomy and our apartment includes the fridge, stove and a dishwasher. We dont have to pay for the water and we can have dish. All these apartments are townhouses which I like a lot so your bedrooms and bath are up and everything else is down. They allow bigger pets and have a pool and a laundry room but we have our own set. All in all, we are very happy!
