We lived there for a year. When we returned the keys Sherry Hopkins kept part of our deposit and we gave 30 days notice prior to moving. Clean and mostly quiet. Except for two times of hearing a gun being shot. Good neighborhood.Deficient heating. We had to supplement heating the apartment with the oven. I did not Like the pop up in the ceiling in the closet. Closet rack broke and she would not fix it while we lived there. She-management refused to take the rent because she tried to say i was another person. My son needed to spend the night because he was homeless and no one can spend the night in an emergency. u have to get prior approbal. So he slept under the bridge by Kmart and was shot in the Head and murdered. i needed to say this. If you like clean. yep its clean. No bugs. No mold. Apartments are very clean. Word on the bus is a new man is managing it now and he is great. A friend told us. Electric bill is low. Our bedroom was a good size. Rent did not continue on a month to month basis with the same price. Like it was suppose to. She evicted us because we would not sign a new lease. The lease needs to be changed and Gary Webb's apartment was really an efficiency not a one bedroom.Only move in if you have an over the door knob lock that you can put on closet door. i have not been able to find one.
