If I could give zero stars I would...

They like to take your money and not deliver their service... Still waiting on my oven to be fixed. They cashed the check over a month ago saying they would fix it the next day. Still waiting. Called weekly. A pathetic excuse of a business.

If you call in, the person that comes to your home to repair the appliance will not be the person to take the call. Wanted a quote, guesstimate, or ballpark figure on how much it would cost to repair fridge. Why a quote? Because I had another lined up from a friend if the repair would be too much. They said an estimate couldn't be established until it was looked at. Understandable. Made arrangements for person to come out. The person started removing parts and digging around. At one point left for more tools. I periodically would check in with them to see how everything was going and got no feedback. After a while the repairman got my attention, said it was fixed and handed me the bill for the call, parts, an labor. Insisted on being paid now, couldn't wait another week for pay day. Luckily had JUST ENOUGH to cover the cost. Apologized for the misunderstanding even though he was rude and was his fault or the companies for not explaining to him what was requested.
