These guys did what they say they were going to do and made the best out of a bad situation for me. Sewer problems at a commercial property is never a good situation, especially when the tenants need to use there bathrooms for their high traffic business. Electric Drain & Sewer came out on short notice and got things fixed for the price they quoted. Can't ask for more than that.

Besides my home, I have two rental houses and a duplex unit and I’ve used Electric Rooter for more than three or four years now and have been completely satisfied with their service. They’ve been very understanding in giving me a definite time window when they would arrive. They are dependable and have always arrived on time when scheduled. There has been a couple of times when I’ve needed their service quickly and they have responded quickly. Their work has always been professional and satisfactory and they have finished their work quickly while doing a thorough job. They always answer my questions honestly and give me options with their recommendations, which I greatly appreciate. Good price for A1 work. I was having a hot water pressure problem and was pretty sure I needed to replace my water heater. I had a couple different companies come out and tell me that they were going to charge me $2,000 for a new one. Electric Rooter came out, told me it was just a dirty pipe clogging the flow. They cleaned the line, and now it works great! All for under $100! They were here within an hour, and fixed and gone in 20 minutes. I will never call anyone else. Seriously, these guys were superb!

Excellent company. If you need to have your sewer line cleaned out or repaired they are the people to call. Rescue Rooter and a few other companies all wanted to sell me a $9,000 sewer line repair when it was not necessary. They found a clean out location in my front yard that I didn't even know about, cleaned out the line, and provided me with a video showing me that the line was in good condition.

The line coming off our kitchen sink was clogged, about 40 feet down the run. I called them and they came out in a matter of hours. They charged me exactly what they quoted over the phone, and they finished the job quickly.

I need my main sewer line cleaned out and called three different companies quote me prices on the job. The first two companies would not quote a price ove the phone. When their service tech's showed up, they told me a bunch of different reasons why the job would be difficult and expensive. Price from them between 369.00 and 1100.00 dollars. Electric Drain & sewer Rooter quoted me 136.50 over the phone, when their Tech's showed up, they went right to work. No excuses or reasons why the job would be hard. They cleaned my clogged sewer line in 1/2 an hour and charged me exactly what I was quoted with a one month warranty. Excellent service at a fair price. Honest company and service. I will call Electric Drain and & sewer Rooter again.

Had another company out who didn't fix the problem and charged me a ton, so I called Electric Rooter and they solved the problem fast and charged me less than the other company did who didn't even fix it.

This is the best place to go with any plumbing need. Their prices are a lot less than the BIG BOYS and they have very knowledgeable workers. They do a GOOD JOB!!
