We've taken shoes here to repair for a few months. Every single time we went to pick them up on the date they should be done, they were never done and we had to come back, sometimes multiple times.



The last straw was when they charged us twice to fix one pair. We've always paid in advance and this last time they said we never paid in advance. The reasoning was "I write it down if it's already paid". So because the owner didn't write it down, we are forced to double pay. Never going back to this place.

My shoes had a very simple glue-job...nothing else...that he said would take 5 days to accomplish. In the end, I came to pick them up a day later than they were supposed to be done and after several minutes trying to locate them he came out and said they were not finished; hadn't even been started. He was extremely rude when I asked that I get some sort of a discount for the inconvenience. I also mentioned to him that the 4 pair of boots and shoes in the back of my car that I had intended to bring to him would be taken to another shop because of his very poor first impression. Don't go.

Date to complete changed three different times and still didn't get done...Took my shoes somewhere else. Owner is only person working there and he can't speak English. Conversation consisted of days of the week, yes, no and not yet. Don't waste your time!
