The staff has a very friendly and open door policy, they seem to care about the patrons

and put forth great efforts to help you.

The store is very clean and inviting, the furniture is very nice and something that I enjoy having in my home.

The owner Misty especially, really goes out of her way to help things work for you and the best solutions to help you.

I personally think this store has been one of the best I've ever used....keep up the good work!

This place don't stand up to there word. I went for a long this rude lady gonna tell me I lied on my application. So they say they don't do credit checks it was a damn lie what showed on my credit was something I didn't do. They was rude a place I wouldn't never go to again. It is not sanitary they have a dog walked around the store. When you walk in it does not give you a clean environment. I advise anyone don't rent from them.

They are a family owned business so they can work with you on pricing they will price match. Also they have a coupon on their website for half off your first payment so if you mention that they will honor it. Most of their furniture is Ashley furniture and they have the lowest laptop prices I could find in the valley.

They also include everything for example if you purchase couches you get free coffee tables and lamps or if your purchase a bedroom you get the mattress and lamps in the price which is a very good deal, for what they charge most rental companies don't include the mattress. They got me delivered the same day I came in which I was surprised, because usually I have had to wait a day or two to receive my product at other companies. I also found out if they don't have what you are looking for in electronics they can get it for you the same day or day after if you put a month down on it. They are cooperate owned so there is alot of things they can work with you on, and offer you better deals because they don't have to meet certain price guidelines, they are also very casual and more humble which I liked because I feel like they could understand me more rather then just trying to make a sell. Misti is the sales manager ask for her.

From the second I walked in the door 3 years ago to now I have never been treated better!! Not only did they have the best prices I could find but they have treated me like they care every time I have talked to them. Any time I have had an issue they fix it the same day. They have also worked with me way better than Rent a center, Aarons or anywhere else I have ever gone!

They Helped us get a loan when nobody else would. They don't make you have a checking account like the other places do. We had a bankruptcy last year and they were ok with it. Nice people.

All you dumb people complaining about something. You pay for what you get, so dont get the USED thing and dont be a cheap-a$$ and get the NEWER ITEMS. You are the dumb people for being cheap and getting the cheaper items.Action is the only rental and payday loan store I would ever go to.

Found action rent to own randomly while driving to rent a center. Checked them out after Rent a center and when I got there, the manager helped me right away and gave me a better deal then I saw at Aaron's the day before and at Rent a center just an hour earlier.I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good deal and good stuff in the salt lake area.

wont go to them again. first they gave us a system thats missing parts , a t.v. where the sound goes out. . they dont work with you at all. VERY DISSAPOINTING. NEVER EVER AGAIN GOING THRU ACTION RENT TO OWN!!!!!!!!!! THE MANAGER WAS VERY VERY RUDE AND DID MAKE THREATS

They advertise everyone is approved for a loan by the Action loan hotties. They aren't kidding, those girls are so HOT and Friendly too! Nice experience!

When I called to apply for a computer rental, the person on the phone was asking some inappropriate questions as far as dating, etc. I felt very uncomfortable. I will not rent from them, and it makes me uneasy that they have my financial information.
