Lying cheats! I went to T.J’s American Car Care in Roosevelt. A guy named Trent helped me. I got a quote from him for four new tires. They had a good price so I made an appointment for latter that day to put them on. They pulled my vehicle around when they were done and I went to the counter to pay. When he gave me the total I nearly cried. The price had gone up $40 per tire ($160 total). When I showed him the quote he had printed out for me he said he would not honor it because I had a different kind of wheel than what he thought I had and he needed to adjust the price for the extra time it took ( because I have Mag wheels). I told him to take off the tires because I was not willing to pay that much for them. He said he would take them off but he would have to charge me $200.00 for putting the tires on and then taking them off. When I told him was going to file a complaint with the BBB and that I was calling the police he agreed to take them off at no charge. When I went to the Big O right next to them they said that this is not the first time that they have seen this from Chg.’s. They say he gives a real low bid and then jacks the price up when the deal is done. I ended up going to a place on the other side of town to buy my tires and also found out that the tires Trent told me had a 100,000-mile warrantee only had a 75,000-mile warrantee. I will NEVER go there again. I hope that Trent gets fired. I am going to try and get a hold of the corporate offices and file a complaint.

Jays was OUt Standing. They serviced my car in under 30 min. And the customer service was excellent.

I got my car repaired at one of their centers last Winter. It's front struct and axle. The owner there is nice and their service attitude is OK. However, their work is far from satisfied. I was told to pick it up at 4pm. Then I went there and it's not done yet. I waited for another hour to get my car back. That's fine with me. But, they didn't get it right after 4 hours work. Basically, they installed the new part in the wrong way. So, I had some cranking noise whenever I made a turn around the corner. You can imagine my feeling after they charged me almost $400.00 with such a poor repair. I went back there and it cost me another 3 hours to get my car back to work. I was really disappointed by their service and would avoid it in the future.
