when I bought my first house it was put with Kyle Mortenson without my knowing. I had my insurance with Kyle M for little over a year. When I sold my house I never contacted them because I never had a relationship with them. About 3 months after I sold my house I get a call from an Kyle M asking if I sold my house because my they can't get paid. so I work with them and they are telling me I had some money left over and they were going to issue a refund check. So I sign the cancellation same day they sent it to me and I didn't hear back from them for 3 weeks, so i reached out to them to see when they issue my refund check. That's when I found out sent it to the previous address. I sold my house and they never thought maybe it would be at a different address. When I asked them if they could just cancel and re issue they said no there is nothing we can do. This wasn't a lot of money but honestly this just shows there character and how much they actually care about there customers.
