Arlington Hills Care and Rehabilitation Center provides full rehabilitation and skilled nursing services 24 hours, seven days a week and is located in Salt Lake City. Its medical and nursing staff includes medical director, nurse practitioner, registered and licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, pharmacist, social worker, activities director, and physical, occupational and speech therapists.
