We recently purchased a new Ricoh copier from ABP with the help of their representative Roger Winder. We have only had the machine for several months now and so far we have been very pleased with the copier and find it much easier and quicker than our old Sharp. Roger is also very helpful; whenever we need assistance programming the machine he is quick at responding to our calls. All in all we have been very happy with the service.

Automated Buisness has been nothing but exceptional. Shelly Muller has been so helpful in providing us with the best products and information. Tim has serviced all of our machines, color copier/printer, b&w copier/printer and folding machine many times and also does a wonderful job. Everyone that I have worked with at Automated have been nothing below exceptional, providing outstanding customer service.

Roger Winder at Automated Business Products has been very helpful in getting us information on alternative options on printing, copying, faxing and other technologies in our office. He has arranged meetings with key people for us, allowing us to gather needed information, and obtaining trail software and hardware for evaluation. We have purchased several Ricoh products and services thru Automated Business Products and have been very happy with the results thus far.

We have had a service contract with Automated Business Products for years. Their service has been wonderful. It is so easy to go online and enter in a service call and they are always there the same day. Their employees are very friendly and helpful.

Mindi Jack is amazing with her customer service and response time. She is always available if we ever have a question or need something. The support staff has been very helpful as well with fixing small issues in our system.

Mindi Jack at ABP knocked my socks off with her ability to understand my company's requirements, and provide us with the best solution. Our final unit wasn't in stock for the date we wanted to "go live", Mindy made sure we had a loaner. When our regular unit was ready, it was installed with no hassles, no problems, no fuss. ABP takes excellent care of us!

We recently had one of our old copy/scan machines go down in our shipping and export department. In talking with Mindi she was right over to take care of our needs and showing us several options we could go with. She also got a tech over right away to get our old machine running long enough for the new one to get in. When it came to ordering our new machine she had paper work and order submitted within minutes of receiving the information from us that she needed. knowing that this was an emergency for us made it a priority for her. Thank You Mindi and Automated Business Products for all of you help and support.

ABP's service and products are excellent. With a broad selection of equipment and quick delivery of supplies, you never have to worry about being unable to keep your office running at all times.Our rep, Roger Winder, is fantastic and available to answer questions when needed. He's prompt in getting answers to us and follows up regularly to make sure everything is still running smoothly. When purchasing our new machine he took the time to answer all our questions and to make sure we got the best machine to meet our needs. Roger is top notch in customer service and one of the best reps I've ever worked with. If you're looking for great products at competitive prices you've found the right place.

ItâÂÂs frustrating when contracted Printer/Copier Reps and the companies they represent donâÂÂt live up to their promised response times, service levels, and agreed upon pricingâÂÂto the point where youâÂÂre driven to find new printer support. Well these reasons are what drove me to eventually find Roger Winder of ABP and their affiliation with Ricoh USA. ItâÂÂs nice to have a printer/copier support system that really is a benefit to meâÂÂend of story. As a System Administrator, there just isnâÂÂt enough time in a day to complete all I need to do. With limited resources, itâÂÂs crucial to have a trusted printer support contract in place that is absolutely dependable, willing to work with my schedule, and most important-- economically priced. When a copier is downâÂÂnothing is more important to our Front Office Staff than getting it functional again. Each of our printers are labeled with free support call numbers and unique ID#s, so anyone can call in for help. If I hear of a device having issues or needing toner, I can call Roger anytime and know I can trust him to take care of it, so I donâÂÂt have to waste my time. He always calls me if parts are involved so I can decide if it is worth keeping or replacing older equipment. Being informed is important to me, and I trust that he always has my best interests at heart. He suggested and then provided a free loaner copier at almost half the per page cost of one I needed to replace during a busy timeâÂÂhe even facilitated the swap for me when I was unavailable. HeâÂÂs suggested I use the larger X(tra) and J(umbo) size toners where available to reduce costs. HeâÂÂs quoted me best rates right from the get go rather than, like his competition, asking me to find better rates for them to competitively match. Lastly, the most important to me has always been the personal quality and quick response when I need something done. I know I can trust him to get whomever in their organization involved to take care of me. ThatâÂÂs why I highly recommend Roger Winder. Years ago we had a service Rep. named Evelyn, who was let go by her short sighted companyâÂÂwe stayed with her as she moved companies, because she knew the importance of providing personal service. Roger provides this for meâÂÂpersonal service and accountability. He knows my priority is this value added service, as well as my bottom line cost/page, and he works to provide the best of both. When we first began reviewing copiers from different companies, ABP and Roger Winder were fantastic. They were always there to answer questions about comparing features and projected monthly costs against the other companies. After we purchased, Roger was available for weeks afterward as we learned to use the new copier. He made sure we were trained and even still today is available to help us out if we ever a have a question or concern. Thanks Roger and all the ABP folks!

I had worked with other copier dealers over the years and they all made big promises to get our business. They promised the fastest service best billing etc. however, after the deal was done the account rep disappeared and the promises forgotten. Not this company, I find them to be very honest and professional. They have out done every promise made up front and now 3 years later the equipment still runs excellent same as new.If you want your problems solved for a fair price, they are the company for you!

Provided by YP.comABP basically lied to us about what they were going to provide. We found all kinds of extra costs along the way and not to mention poor service. The rep basically sold us and left us with what we got. You would be better off not to waste your time with them.
