When reading the reviews on Caribbean I hesitated even calling them, then I met Shane. He was so easy to talk to and really understood what we wanted. It was easy to sign once meeting him and have him start our pool. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and can't wait for the next pool season to enjoy our new pool!

In all the vendors/contractors i have worked with, this company has exhibited the most unprofessional and undependable service imaginable. Constant battles trying to get the work done, shady practices with meeting the health/safety requirements, and just plain lousy service. The work on our pool is still not done. Don't walk away from this company....run!

The worst quality and service imaginable. In the three years we have owned our CC pool, we have had to replace most of the work at our own expense. Tile fell off, plaster cracked, pool coping was atrocious, electrical system had to be redone, spa leaks, spa jets never worked, gas lines installed wrong etc. etc. etc. All told we have spent tens of thousands of dollars fixing things that were done wrong on our pool--after paying top dollar for our pool. If someone asked me, I would say go with any of the other local pool companies before going with CC. Dolphin, Aquatech, Ed's--any of the are a better bet.

Caribbean Creations is run by very dishonest people. They do not follow through with what they have contractually agreed to do. Building a pool with them has been one of the most difficult and frustrating experiences of our lives. After over two years, my pool has many problems yet to be fixed. The plumbing is a disaster with many of the pool's features not working the way they are suppose to work. They never hooked up the auto-fill (not sure if it was ever plumbed), there is a leak in the spa, the chlorination system is not working properly, the plaster is cracked and faded due to problems keeping water in the hot tub. We have had to pay to rip out the flag stone coping because it was installed improperly. They promised to have our pool done in six weeks and it took over a year before we could even get water in it. They left all kind of trash on our property and never cleaned up the site. They sell very hard, do not fall for it. You are so much better off paying a little more and work

I had a huge project done by Caribbean Creations that was extremely technical and time comsuming. They handle everything with great efficiency and know how. Everytime I had a question or concern they were addressed and taken care off. They came back several times even after being paid in full to take care of minor things. Shane was a pleasure to work for and was always available to me during the process. I feel they did an outstanding job on a very complicated project. I would definantly work with them again should I ever get the chance.

If you are thinking of having Caribbean Creations build you a pool or redo your old pool please think again! I've never had such a bad experience in my life than dealing with these people. When I first contacted them to give me a bid on a pool renovation I recieved a call for one of their guys named Mark. Mark is truly the only asset to their business. What Mark brought to their business Ellen took away 10 fold. Mark came to my home and looked at my pool, he explained everything that they would do and some of the things that they just couldn't do because of it's age. He was a true pleasure to work with and I was ready to have him start on it before I even got a bid. Then the woman from hell took over and was totally rude and very unprofessional. Heaven forbid that you have a question that you want answered. They rquired 100% of the money before the job was to be completed. In the emails they offered a 5 year warranty. When I asked for it in writing they refused to do the job.
