Chandler Optical is great I bounced around for over ten years after the Optical Shop in Sugarhouse closed it's doors, each of the chain stores I use promised to “take care” of me after the initial sale, I found that staff was always changing and I would never have the same person twice for the basic adjustment or for my annual prescription change the staff person always found a reason why the frames that were less than a year old could not be reuses so I would be spending several hundred dollars each year for my eye care. After finding Chandler Optical and working with Wayne and his staff I have been taken care of as a person and not just a number. I would recommend Chandler Optical to anyone who is wants to be treated as a person.In addition the pricing is more than fair and the follow up and follow through for special orders or service issues is fabulous.Steve Lester

We have used Wayne for over 20 years. We first got to know him when he worked for another optical company and thought he was great. When he left, the service went downhill and it didn't matter where we went. Once he came back to his location with his own store, we were thrilled and haven't gone to another optician since. He is the best at helping you find the right glasses and has the best customer service.

Wayne is a wonderful and profesional guy!!! He has employed Lois Chaffin and his son Ryan, all three are skilled in there profesion. But the info on this page is all wrong, Wayne moved the store in febuary and now has an optomitrist working for him, giving eye exams and contact fittings. His new store is much bigger brighter and he now has an elevator for the handicap to use. He has an even better selection now. I bought two pairs of glasses from him last week and I payed half as much as I paid for one pair of glasses at lenscrafters three months ago. Wayne is just wonderful, I love to talk with him about jazz music (which he knows alot about) while he works on my glasses. Lois is very nice and personable. Ryan is quite but a great worker and smart kid. His new store is located at 5801 South Fashion Blvd Suite 230 murray Utah 84107 (its only about 2 blocks from his old store). I love this shop, I carry around his business cards in my wallet and give them to all my friends and acquantiences who need glasses ! ! ! I am rough on glasses! I fall asleep with them on and break them all the time!! I have spent thousands over the years replacing and repairing designer frames!! Wayne Chandler optical was affordable, personable and best of all Wayne has fixed my glasses multiple times! I love going in there!! This truly is great service and this is how every customer ought to be treated!!

Great optical store. Small and very personal. Good selection and prices.###Haven't bought glasees anywhere but here for 20 years. The store has changed names; however, the orginial owner is back! Wayne and his staff are all great.
