Please read before you stay!!!!

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever had from any business in my life. Wouldn't take responsibility for refunding our twenty dollar deposit we had on our room. Still haven't received the money by the way, a month later. Had both the blonde lady and middle age man, brock, screaming at us, and swearing might add you, when we confronted them about the situation, and about hanging up on us over the phone. If they were professional in their job, we wouldn't have had to go to the general manager, where she found fault in them for treating customers that way, and gave us a free jacuzzi suite. If you want anything done right, go through the gm! Also when we stayed there the first time, the bathroom was dirty! It was so disgusting!!!!!
