Provided by SuperpagesHe now charges a $75 consult fee that is not billed to your insurance but comes out of your pocket on top of deductibles and copays. There's no one else to go to in UT for cleft palate and they are gouging their patients.

However if you are looking for a helpful staff with insurance knowledge, or a staff to even fax proper documentation to your insurance in a Timely manor. Great Doctor, because if he wasn't I would be taking my little girl elsewhere for the stress his staff causes.

Provided by SuperpagesWe love Dr. Yamashiro and their staff. My son has had him for an orthodontist for 19 years, since he was 1 month old and we have enjoyed our experience the whole time.
