Really Bad Law. This guy cost me far more than his fees. Enderton is more than willing to work until he gets his fee and then he vanishes. Trying to see him is next to impossible as he hides or is playing golf in St. George. Enderton’s office staff is rude and insulates him from the customer (me). Messages do not seem to get to him and he never returns a call. Due to his failure to file timely, keep commitments and appointments, my case was dismissed. We had to re-file and more money. After providing all creditors, he only notified SOME of them. Now I have some serious problems with creditors that were not notified. Yes, you guessed it. More fees, more fees, more fees. It's like he screwed things up in order to keep bleeding me. I wouldn't wish Enderton on my worst enemy. The other thing is that Enderton’s web site misrepresents his experience and his cases. Other elements are suspect.Suggestions: 1. Check the Utah State Bar for Bar complaints.2. Check with other attorneys who ar

I will never refer this lawyer to anyone for any type of legal assistance. We were severely compromised. We lost our home and tons of equity in part due to an improper filing and improper follow-up; we could have saved our home. We have and are suffering severe repercussions. My thinking is a direct or indirect conflict of interest or too high a caseload than he can appropriately handle. Find another lawyer – go to one of the larger firms with adequate staff to handle the needed and important details. I regret working with this guy.

His office was professional, curtious, kind and had my best interest in mind. I spoke with a number of bankruptcy attorneys and I determined that he was the best person to represent me and he was.

I had some serious criminal charges and this office was able to get them dismissed. The staff was alwasy very freindly and I was always able to speak to my attorney. I would reccomend them to anyone.
