Provided by YPmobileWent to go pick up something I put a loan out on with them, and even before their established closing hour, the guy working at the store comes up, right as I go to open the door, and locks it! I pointed to the sign indicating their hours, and he shook his head, shrugged and walked back away from the door. I will be talking to their manager Elvin tomorrow morning about this. That's poor customer service on his part.
