The Division of Facilities and Construction Management, also known as DFCM, is a building manager for state-owned facilities. It provides construction and maintenance services of facilities. The service organization also offers architectural and engineering solutions. The Division of Facilities and Construction Management s clients include the University of Utah, Southern Utah University and Salt Lake Community College. In addition, it provides inspections and testing services. The division operates a building board. The Division of Facilities and Construction Management also offers a facility condition analysis program. It conducts facility maintenance audits and provides capital improvement plans. The division is a part of the Department of Administrative Services.
