where to start?....... the director is fake know it all that pretends that she is the best in the business, and loves to gossip (never tell her something that you do not want everybody else to know, parent or staff) she does not have an actual degree in child care( only a CDA below an associates degree) she lies and gilts people to manipulate her staff, likes talking behind your back. the building is filthy(especially the restrooms), and dilapidated, they have been "remodeling" classrooms to try to cover up the fact that the facility and its utilities are outdated and substandard, the building also has a tense negative feeling, the childcare kitchen is dirty and under equipped. the only good thing about this place is most of the "teachers" are good loving people that do their best to provide a safe caring place despite bad leadership.please do not take this review lightly, this review is based on a everyday view of the inner workings and behind the scenes of first baptist child care.

Horrible horrible Child Care Center.

The director is okay- nice enough and outgoing but she does not seem to know much about childcare although she acts like it. Overheard her bad-mouthing a teacher ! She said she took Childhood Development courses, but don't you need an actual degree in order to actually run a Day Care?

It's pretty funny they call it a Preschool when the so-called teachers did not attend school nor do they have certifications to teach.



The teachers are horrible. I have overheard a few teachers talking about usage of illegal drugs. That did it for me. I practically ran away. Who in the right mind would leave their child with people that are highly unstable?



They dress very unprofessionally and none of them seem to how much knowledge about children. My husband and I decided we would sacrifice our work to stay home with our child until he can actually start Preschool.



The facility also is very poor-doesn't seem like they clean it too often and it's very old. I saw one of the children playing with a toy and it did not look like it had been washed in ages.



Thank you FBCCC for being such a horrible facility. Moms out there, do a thorough check before you enroll your children. Teachers should be drug tested and the facility really needs to be well kept. I also heard the teacher turnover was pretty bad. That obviously sums up the workplace environment/



Overall, my experience at this Day Care has strongly encouraged me to stay away from Day Cares. The teachers are not certified nor do they have knowledge. They are just babysitters watching and playing with kids I have also seen many of the teachers favor a certain child. Not all of the young and innocent children receive the care and attention they need. I, myself am staying away from Day Cares.
