Dr. Steven Gange graduated from the UCLA School of Medicine in 1986. After his Urology residency training at the University of Kentucky in 1991, he entered the US Army as an academic urologist, teaching, and training residents. He joined Western Urological Clinic (now Summit Urology Group) in Salt Lake City, UT, in 1996. With over 25 years of clinical and research experience, he has developed a particular expertise in Men’s Health Urology, emphasizing minimally invasive procedures. He continues to be active as a Clinical Researcher and as such was the first Urologist in North America to perform the NeoTract UroLift for BPH, and the first in the world to perform UroLift under local anesthesia. He has performed over 800 UroLift procedures on men from across the US and from four other countries. He has trained hundreds of urologists, and lectured to them in 46 states and six countries.
Dr. Gange is dedicated to all aspects of Urology education to the public and medical providers. In 2001 he founded The Utah Healthy Living Foundation, a Continuing Medical Education-accredited 501(c)3 non-profit corporation dedicated to improving quality of life in Utah through health education and screenings, and he remains its President. He has held numerous other leadership positions including President of the Utah Urological Society, Chair of the Utah Cancer Action Network, Chief of Surgery at St. Mark’s Hospital, and member of the Practice Management Committee for the American Urological Association. He has been listed in Top Doctors in America, voted there by his peers. He contributes articles to the lay press and was instrumental in the creation of the Urology section of WebMD.
Dr. Gange lives in Draper, UT with his wife Amie, and her children Griffin and Fiona. He has two grown sons; Robert who is a trader on the Chicago Stock Exchange, and William a soon-to-be Ophthalmologist. They all enjoy travel, skiing/snowboarding, and golf.

Provided by YP.comSteven is a very poor listener. It is hard enough to visit these types of doctors and have a poor doctor who doesn't listen to what you are saying. Save your money. Go somewhere else.
