Not how they used to be

I was a client in the 1990's and had a very good experience but not this time. The receptionist was rude over the phone. The person I spoke to seemed in a hurry. I'm hearing impaired and he spoke so quickly that I wasn't able to understand him. I politely said, "I beg your pardon, sir," and he seemed annoyed at having to repeat himself. My call was not returned as promised, either. This is a far cry from what this law firm was like so many years ago.

I guess money is everything.

I called this company for advice on a issue with my credit concerning a forclosure. Before I even spoke directly with an attorney, I was told I had to come in and give them 500$ for about two hours, before they could discuss anything with me. I could tell right away that this was not a buisness that cared about personal relations, but ensured they would get their money before they had to interact with me.
