Terrible custom jewelry experience. The first request I made on DAY ONE was that my center stone NOT stand high up in the setting. At every stage of the process, I kept reiterating this as the model they were creating kept looking like the diamond would be very high up. At the last 'fitting', prior to polishing and putting in the diamonds on the band, I told them "I HATE IT" to which BOTH the salesperson AND the manager said I would love it once it was all done. WRONG! Seeing it for the first time was such a discouraging moment. It was exactly what I said I DID NOT WANT. The center stone was literally ON TOP of the band. No apologies, no offers to fix, no interest in making it right - just making it clear that THIS atrocious thing was my 'fault'. An absolutely rotten experience. An absolutely lousy experience after which I still had to pay $600 for their 'time and effort' in not listening to me and creating a terrible, terrible looking ring. DON'T GO TO JARED!
