Waiting for my Plate

Purchased my Cadillac SRX on the 4th of July, still no plate as of August 9th. Way to hold that sales tax as long as possible, I could have used it in my account for the 40 days too. Never had another dealer do this!!

Wonderful experience I had purchasing my car through Jerry Seiner.

"I wanted to be sure to write a note and thank you for the wonderful experience I had purchasing my car through Jerry Seiner, and specifically Gary Bennett. He was very professional, thorough, went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and to also find me the exact car I was looking for. He never came across as pushy, rather helpful and honest, with all the experience and knowledge to back it up. I have bought my last three Tahoes from Gary Bennett and I'm so glad I have. I know I'm getting a fair deal and don't have to go through all the frustration of negotiating and hours at a dealership haggling over price and paperwork. It is a pleasant experience buying a car from Gary and I trust him as well as Jerry Seiner.

Disappointed with Service Dept.

I made an appointment for my car to be serviced two weeks in advance. Rearranged my schedule at work. When I showed up there were 3 people talking and I had to wait while they wrapped up their personal conversation. I was told they did not have an appointment for my car to be serviced.Rather than saying well let's see what we can do for you. All 3 people looked at me like I had a third eye. Poor service! I was afraid to make a big deal of it because they might be vindictive and provide horrible service.I have a Saturn and NEVER had problems with service before. This was my first visit to Jerry Seiner and my last.

Do they want my business?

I drove up, in an old car, to look at a new Cadillac. They didn't seem to want to talk to me. Later when I asked to take it for a test drive I was told that they could not let me do that. Other dealers let me test drive. At another time I asked about a Chevrolet Tahoe, on a cold day. The salesperson did not want to walk through the lot with me on the cold day, so he sent me down to a showroom by the diner. Said there was one in there to look at. There was not. Now I can report that Audi and Ford both have new customers. I think GM has bigger problems than just union issues. They have a dealer system that isn't too interested in selling me a car or truck. At least not from my experiences.

Jerry Seiner Dealerships

Purchased a used truck there and they have took excellent care of me when purchasing. My wife has a blazer and has always taken it there for service and they do an excellent job on any repairs it might need.
