Went in for a safety check and was told power steering pump had a severe leak and lower control arm was bad, well over 1k in repairs needed. Took to Mercedes mechanic, no problem with either part. Got a flat on a tire bought there. Took in for repair and was told not enough tread left to repair and 2nd tire was bad. Asked about tread warranty as tires only had 12k miles, told there was none on that tire. Looked at their website tire had tread warranty. Got a new tire. Leaked from day put on. Told I needed new rims. Took to a major tire dealer who said rim should have been cleaned before tire put on. They cleaned rim, mounted and balanced for free, no leak. Owner is great seems to be in-store personnel, particularly "N" who has bad attitude, condescending and sarcastic.
